I, _ (name and surname), with ID number _, hereby instruct Shop2Shop to change the ownership of the Safe with Serial Number _ and/or Tap2Pay Device with Serial Number _ (the “Device/s") to _ (name and surname of the new owner). I hereby indemnify Shop2Shop against any claim that may arise as a result of said instruction.

I wish to transfer all of the right, title, and interest and assign all the obligations in and to the Device/s to the New Owner, and the New Owner wishes to accept all right, title, and interest and assume the obligations of the New Owner in regard to the Device/s.

Furthermore, your use and access of the platform or the Shop2Shop system are regulated by the terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions must first be accepted. If you don’t understand or agree to any of the provisions of these terms, you should refrain from using the platform or the Shop2Shop system, as your continued use of the platform or the Shop2Shop system means that you have accepted the terms and conditions.
